So L had told us about the eastern toilet before we got here. These are two we saw in the Delhi airport.
All the western toilets have a sprayer in them. Once we got to our apartment and all the bathrooms there have a sprayer too, I believe they are called geysers. All the apartment adds I'd looked at they all indicated that the bathrooms contained geysers, so I think that's what they are.

I believe the sprayers are called Jets -- Geysers implies that they have provisions for both cold and hot water in the 'jets'.
